    Description

    One of our prestigious clients in Papua New Guinea is looking for experienced Personal Assistants to join their team immediately.

    Salary

    PGK 3000 – 3500

    Responsibility

    • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
    • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
    • Draft, review, and prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and accommodations.
    • Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Perform general office management duties and support day-to-day operations.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
